Positive: It is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the old quarter . Breakfast was good with western and traditional options . Spa was very good , we enjoyed the sky bar too.

Negative: The sad part is we checked into the hotel during the bualoi typhoon . As it is located in the narrow streets and they have bad drain system , there was water till the main entrance , we couldnt step out of the hotel at all one whole day.The sad part is staff in the reception ( female staff ) were not helpful at all , they gave weird answers to our queries . The answers were neither realistic and nor comforting . Their English is not good and they couldn’t communicate well . The guy wearing glasses at the reception was the only helpful person . ( I asked his name but forgot ) . Also I had messaged the hotel and asked multiple times whether it is safe to visit and guest relationship officer Kylie mentioned that it is safe to visit. That was not the reality , in general. The flooding experience made us cancel our remaining trip and return back to India.
